Z06 grill alignment-HELP!
Remove Front bumper no problem install new Z06 Grill no problem reinstall Front bumper having problems realigning by headlights try to do it several times and still can't figure it out look at pictures tell me what you think -- made sure two tabs on bumper went into slots under headlights

pictures are so close it is hard to tell what is going on.
Just did this installation last weekend with no issues.
Could you take a couple of pictures from further out.
I see now that a couple of the pictures are upside down.
The area that is sticking out is an area with a tab that is difficult to disengage and may be difficult to engage.
There is a metal clip there that a tab has to go into. Check that the tab went behind the metal clip and is not bent and sitting in front of the clip.

For your advise it helped a great deal-- took the bumper off this afternoon again and. Looked at the clip in picture and noticed it was loose on both side bumper tabs where in correctly clip was not holding it down problem solved
