Default Amazing how similar these cars are

I recently saw a new Mercedes AMG - SL at the dealer. What a beautiful car! Optioned on the sales floor it was a cool $152K. So I decided to do a little research on the car, and it's unbelievable how similar it is to the C7.

All aluminum frame - check. 0-60 in 3.7 seconds - check. Top speed ~190 mph - check. 5 driving modes - check. Ability to calibrate exhaust note - check. Magnetic shocks - check. Front engine/rear drive/rear transaxle - check.

Not to take anything away from that car, as it's beautiful and sporty, but for roughly 1/2 the cost, we got a very similar car and one hell of a car in the C7!

Agreed. The Vette is an amazing value for what you get.

Well, the vette gets better mileage...

Now, I ask you, which car gets you the women you crave? Yeah, chew on that mind minder.

I have thought this over and concluded that I would require both cars to achieve my goals.

A Mercedes is a great car when its new, but when it starts to get some miles and years on it you really don't want to own it.

I would buy a used Corvette but I wouldn't want a used Mercedes.

You do NOT want to own a modern German car without a full warranty. Ask me how I know.

If I wanted the kind of women you can get with a car, I'd just take my F350 down Hwy 99 and get me some of those gals with the big ol' trick bags across their shoulders.
