Default Parking fail

Ok so I totally get it you pull in the parking lot and try to find the sweetest spot for your beloved C7. But damn guy could you not feel the curb? It hurt me to take this picture lol!

This is the first car I have had with a back-up camera. I love it because it helps to stop stuff like this from happening. Maybe the owner will start to use it.

Ouch.. Usually I see them parked with the front wheels RAMMED right up against the parking block. Scraping the bottom chin, air intakes, whatever..

Who keeps teaching people that the parking block is made for you to pull up on it until you hit it?

Unless i'm driving my truck, I NEVER pull all the way up..

Gee... I hope he didn't curb rash the wheel. The swivel down mirrors would have been helpful.

At least he is keeping it clean. I'd hate to see a dirty C7 and also parked crooked...

Aw, give him a break. At least he backed it in and the curb is rounded. No harm. Besides, except for the red calipers that Stingray looks identical to mine, so maybe it belongs to an old guy like me. Back when I was a kid they put curb feelers or cars.

Might want to take some backing lessons or park frontend first.

From the plcture I don't think anything is damaged, maybe a scrape on the tire? The backup camera is an aid not a primary viewing tool.

The backup camera is an aid not a primary viewing tool.

When you are "closing in" it is the primary view.

He forgot his jacking puck and wanted to get under the back of the car.

You can set the passenger mirror to drop down in reverse, helps to see curbs.
