It's still a Lexus, so there will be some kind of major recall on an engine component, the exhaust will belch some kind of noxious fumes, the brakes will squeal, and the battery will go dead every six month. At least that's been my experience with two Lexuses so far (the last two I'll ever own).
it's funny but the wife's Subaru does the same thing after 3 months. No start due to a low / dead battery. I just started my 1980 Chevy truck after sitting 4 months, due to a lot of reasons - warm weather and the vettes out.. etc. It's going to snow Saturday so I will be using the truck. It started on the second try. First 3 seconds fills the carb, second starts the truck.
My neighbor was warming his import, and said I can't believe you're old girl started it's been sitting, I responded -" no computer to tell it that it can't start " and said see you later as I drove off in 12* temp. No warm up needed.
The proposed change to 24 volt electrical systems in 2020 will fix the sitting issue ... hopefully. The current 12 volt system can't handle all the electric items..

I cant wrap my head around a "sound generator" under the hood. What the hell is that all about?? My Z06 with Corsa X pipe screams. The Vetts don't need any stinking sound generators.

Watch the Ford Mustang commercial and you will understand. The engine sound comes through the radio.
CA has very stringent drive by noise limits, the later 70's Trans Am had the door on the reverse scoop riveted shut to pass in CA.
