Default Traded up...amazing

After 10 years in a C6 it was time to make a move into the future. What an amazing machine.

Nicely done.

Great looking new Z. You'll have a blast with it, they are a hoot to drive.

nicely done, have fun

seeing this I really wish I had taken a similar shot when I traded my Cyber Grey GS for the Cyber Grey C7

I have to say although the C7 is a big leap forward there are aspects of the wide body C6, silver GS hash marks and Borla Stinger Exhaust notes that I really do miss.

Wish I could have afforded both.

No vert this time. Wife never wanted the top down, messed up her hair ... & she's the one that had to have a vert in the first place. Thx

I recently traded up too and you'll find the C7 is better in just about every way. I really love mine. I would define the C6 as a race car and the C7 as a sports car.

Congratulations!!! Also now into 10 years of C6 ownership. But looking forward to ordering a Z06 vert to complement my ZR1 in the near future.

I went from a C6 convertible to a C7 coupe for the EXACT same reason! Wifey doesn't like getting her hair messed up. I have found the removable roof to be so easy to take on and off and it feels about 80% like a convertible.

I also agree the C7 is FAR superior in EVERY way.

Congrats. Gotta love that TR. You know now what the rest of us C7 owners know, the C-7 is an amazing car. No comparison with the C-6. Enjoy.

same thing with me... went from a 2008 Pace Car VERT to a 2016 coupe and got the tranparent roof... so its kinda like having the roof down all the time. Did you get he Mag Ride ? that will make the car feel so much better on the road.... takes bumps really well, does not upset the chasis at all and that's what sold me!

No mag ride & has a carbon / color match roof. Have had the transparent tops on a couple previous ones. Super hot in summer down here, and they have all seemed to develop spider cracks in them. 30 seconds to open air & still block out the sun if need be. Now the next one will be a drop top steel bumper C3 with a big block just for fun. The new Z is a daily like the C6 was, the wife's daily at that. The C6 had 83k on the clock when we swapped fobs ...

Beautiful Zo6, CONGRATS - same here, sold (private party) 2006 C6 vert. Wife wanted a vert, but in reality, the top was seldom down. Hair, too hot, wind, etc. We have the roof off often, and I think she actually prefers it. For me it was the lines of the coupe. C7 verts certainly look nice, but the rear of the C7 coupe, the stretched rear window, the upper rear quarters, it's just such a great design. The looks of the coupe vs. vert. is what sold me. We have one other thing in common, big color matching truck , and a C7. It almost looks photo shopped, but it is not.

You might have mag ride, I thought the Zs all had it?

Awesome car either way
