Does anyone know who makes a front window sun screen that actually fits correctly?
I have not been able to find a sun screen that actually fits the front window. Cover Craft's (UV11325SV) UVS100 Custom Sunscreen for C7 the shade is too tall and will not fit against the windshield leaving a large gap at the top edges. The C7 sun visors do not hold the sun screen in place so it flops / hangs down making the top gap even larger. As such the product will not reduce heat accumulation in the car. Same is true with the GM authorized C7 Corvette Stingray Logo Accordion Style Sunshade.
Would have to pull it out and try it again, I have not used it since last summer. Does it lay flush right next to the glass all the way across, no. The visors hold it up.
I bought one from HeatShield, they custom make sun shades for all vehicles. The one for my Vette fits well. I have used them in al my vehicles for many years, because they reflect out heat so well, and last so long (I have never had to replace one). The one in my 2006 Tacoma still works great.

Reason: l;inks to non supporting vendors are not allowed - Sorry... my bad.
How is it held in place at the top? Is it because it is truly custom fit for the C7? Does it sag in the middle?
It is truly a custom fit. It is supported by the windshield header at the top. There is some sag, but it stays in place because it is supported on all sides (dash on the bottom, A pillars on the sides and the header on the top).

No, I don't, but this is the best fitting sun screen I have ever owned.

I bought a Cover Craft "custom fit" sunscreen for my 2015 Optima which fits like a glove. It fits tight against the windshield and I don't need to use the sun visors to hold the top. I especially liked the construction, material quality and overall thickness of the product. So I decided to buy one for my 2016 C7.
Cover Craft states the P/N I bought is "custom fitted" for the C7 but it does NOT fit. The shade is too tall and will not fit against the windshield leaving a large gap at the top. In fact, the top of the Sunscreen extends beyond the bottom of the windshield header (at the top of the window) by 4"!
The Corvette sun-visors can not hold the sunscreen in place because of the header design so the sunscreen flops / hangs down making the top gap between the windshield and the sunscreen even larger. As such the product will not reduce heat accumulation in the car.

Because of all the glass and the transparent roof, I got the California Pop Top. Works great, but not nearly as convenient as a shade. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SiDwRLh6RE0
I really like this. How well does that material reflect?

I believe it is Tyvek. It is white, strong and lightweight. So far, so good. I would buy it again. Easy to use, but it does take a couple of minutes (at most) to put on.
