Mine is too. Included it on my list on a visit to the local dealer. The rep went out to 3 new C7's and they were all loose. I didn't have them fix it bc clearly they didn't know how and I didn't want them learning on my car. I'll try again the next time I go in.
Looking at the last step, to replace the mirror, it would appear you don't have to go thru the steps of removing the mirror housing, which is a "project."
After they show it removed they just pried the glass loose and then pressed in the new one. That last step is not really clear but it says you'll hear it snap in place. Would be good to see what the back side looks like. Also wonder how it can be loose it it's just a snap in? Poor mount?
Agree let the dealer do it and if they break it they put in a new one!
Thanks for the info.
