The actually show it installed in a real live C7!

I emailed them. Will report back what they say.
There are two drop downs in the top left portion of that web page. The first changes between Korean money and USD. The second, however, changes the language. Simply set it to English.

I never understood this mentality. I fully believe in the concept of giving credit where credit is due. But the flip side also is valid, which is to give blame where blame is due. After all, it allows others to avoid the problem. Why then are you apparently afraid of naming the vendor? Makes no sense to me.

Corvetteforum.com is a business and every business needs profit to survive. People talk **** about vendors, forum moderator close the threads so that vendors don't leave. In my humble opinion I think moderators are doing great job, I was following closed threads it was a mess, bad business for both corvetteforum.com and the "other" brand. I think the "other" brand is OK, but I'm a kickstarter addict. What's normal for me maybe amazon prime Sunday delivery for another.

Alex is correct, I don't want this thread deleted like so many others because I named "Yeah who shall not be named.".

Too bad the Korean unit isn't plug'n'play. I was alway more interested in the screen mirroring aspect of the "he who shall not be named" product than the front camera. I thought the camera was a nice plus, but not the primary reason I was interested.

Edit: Never mind. I saw the post that says it doesn't work very well.

Post #2 offers a real solution that one forum member is actually using. Other than that, this thread is discussing other available options, which is useful in and of itself.

I feel sorry my fellow forum members who have treated "other" brand with such disrespect. I'm a design engineer for almost 10 years and I know the difficulty in bringing products to market. I think for the most part they have been extremely tolerant of impatient, immature people with nothing better to do than criticize someone trying to bring us a great product and I, personally, would not have responded with the patience and courtesy they have. I can't get on the pre-order list because of all the fuss.

I think if you understood all the issues involved beyond product delays, you might not be so supportive of the company.

So yoy would have charged everybody's credit cards back in December, when you promised a ship date of 12/24.. then delayed it, TWICE, without explanation?

THAT is how you do your product development? You charge months in advance without any type of existing product?

Yeah, no.

See this wasn't a kickstarter.. they have said so. We were all charged in december out of nowhere and a product is not even made yet, 60 days later.

It just is crappy business.. no way around it.
