Obviously it gets trucked across the street with the other deliveries, but it's not on the webcams yet. So I assume it's in the shipping lot at the plant, or in some space in the back of the museum.
Regardless whether your car goes across the street to NCM or gets trucked/trained to California, the delivery is the same. The car gets wrapped in the white cover, loaded on a truck and delivered across the street. You'll get that white cover in the back of your car when you pick it up. I proceeded to chunk it in the trash.
The Museum has a prep area where a number of cars are stored before they are brought out on the floor. You can usually see your car about 3 days before delivery at which point the anticipation will kill you.
