it is great stuff, but brake dust is corrosive and abrasive. Long term you will scratch the surface, if you use the never dull dry to clean it off. In a few years you'll see it. So use a wet wheel cleaner first to clean, and then use the never dull to polish...

Never tried it on chrome wheels , but used too use it all the time on my brass belt buckles when I wore my military uniform. And yes, it is some good stuff.
Never Dull - reminds me of sitting in front of a pump station all night polishing brass I still keep a can in the reloading room for stubborn cases but I have never tried it on chrome....
