Guys like I have said from day one when I generated this post, THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. If enough folks make enough noise you just might get action. Like someone else said, lets wait and see if the TSB comes to pass. Keep pushing the rope and herding the cats. As for the comment on the TC, not sure if it is a TSB but they have generated the fix for it, (triple flush or now a single flush after blowing all the tranny fluid out) and this may just be a bandaid. Not sure if the new TC replacements are any better.

I purposely stayed away from the new Mustangs due to the many problems they are having with the GT and went up a notch to get the Corvette believing that it would not have major issues ( or even many minor ones ). These cars have not changed much at all from 2014 so I would think by 2017/18 they'ed be almost bullet proof. Appears not. I know, I know all brands and cars have problems and blah blah but when it comes to brand new cars with major power train issues well there is just no excuse at this point in time. Although I made the mistake of watching a You Tube video on the cars being assembled in Bowling Green. I saw what looked to be about a 23 year old kid in a dirty t-shirt hooking up the rear bumper assembly. You won't see that in Stuttgart.

Is this "warble" issue only on A8 cars? I'd like to check this potential problem off the list and hope my car is solid. I love it so far but if things start to fail it won't be around long.
Stingrays with A8, no Z51 option.

a little late to this discussion and WOW there's an awful lot of TC issues. Anyway, I had the shutter/shake/warble and back in January had the triple flush and by the way, mine is a A8 Z51 2LT stingray. I have not had the issue since the flush but still waiting for the problem to return which I am pretty sure that it will return.

Also, thanks for all the great information on this discussion. Looking forward to the new TSB

I too am a bit late to this game, but just bought my 2017 C7 Stingray A8 this past April.
Noticed the Warble right off, been following this thread since.
Glad to hear a TSB is forthcoming.

I have not driven my car since March but the last time I got the warble at about 35 on a smooth road. It has 1,050 miles on it. Ponderous......I'll be looking for the TSB.

Yeah - Considering Chevy's record on stuff like this I don't recommend that anyone start holding their breath just yet.

Lord knows I am not defending GM with all the trouble I have had. I am not sure what the criteria is for generating a TSB but I am sure they don't do it without significant research and evidence of a problem and a 100% fix. I would think there is enough evidence out there to support a TSB but like all have said, we will see. If It it doesn't come soon, as I said in an earlier reply lets flood Mary's in box with emails asking for one. Don't take but a minute to shoot off an email.

I have a new 2019 stingray that makes the same sound as the videos, I thought this was normal but will be contacting the dealer. It's made that noise from day one.

Not normal at all. Take it in, another example of this long running problem.

So here is my question.

If GM knows about this problem and how to fix it and plans a TSB, why are they still building new ones with the same issue?

This is a good question. It took forever before G/M got a handle on the problem. They blamed every part on a vette before they finally came to it's current cause. I can tell you that when they replaced my whole rear end assembly they replaced it with an updated rear end assembly which solved the problem. So they knew the problem, they final got an idea what and where it was, but not after they tried a whole bunch of things and even bought cars back from owners to try and sole the problem.

I don't think anyone except GM can accurately answer that. It is beyond me why they are still churning out new corvette's with this problem.

"...why are they still building new ones with the same issue?"
I propose that they are recycling Differentials that originally had the warble, MY to MY. After all, what happened to the Diff they took out of my 2019? Did my 2019 get a bad Diff out of a 2017 with the warble? I read somewhere on here that GM has issues with the 3rd Party contractor that builds the diff, is this issue with the contractor that they didn't "fix" the original warble from previous MY Vettes and then GM installed it as "new"? Of course you know how to damp down concerns of recycled parts, replace without questioning. It's impossible for consumers to track serial #'s. After my diff was changed out I asked what if it comes back with this new one? Response, and I quote, "You can always trade it in."

That is not a bad suggestion, but it would not be for another GM product if that was my car.

My 2018 also had the warble. As a first step I asked them to first check the differential fluid level . Only 2 quarts drained out so the factory fill was short by 1 quart, a 33% under fill. The drained fluid was clear, no debris or metal, so the correct 3 quarts were added and in the 1200 aprox miles I have since driven the warble is gone.
Make sure they check the fluid first..............good luck with the fix.

They want to use up old inventory first, and hope the new owner knows nothing about the warble and if they can move cars and only 1 out of 5 complain it is a win for them ??

I had same "Warble" sound @ 1500 rpm in my 2018 2LT Stingray with A8, took it to 2 different dealers when I went for my oil change and mentioned it to them.
The answer both times from 2 different dealers was "We don't hear anything" after taking car out for test drive. @ 2000 miles I decided to change
rear differential fluid as someone here suggested, I only drained out about 2qts. oil was ok, no metal shavings or anything, so just refilled with 3qts
Mobil 1 think it was 75-90? Warble was gone! but now not sure if its me or what but think I hear a slight warble sound around 2000rpm now?
and this is about 2500 miles later.

Will this fiasco ever end? Doesn't look like it will. Sad, very sad.
