Very nice. A small lip along the bottom front might not be a bad idea to stop something from sliding backwards and jamming the display. Probably not a problem for most.

See the pics in post #77 and #100. There is a lip.

I do see the lip along the top. What I don't see is anything along the bottom front to stop something from sliding back. It's probably not a problem for most folks.

Not being sarcastic, I'm just curious, as to what kind of something, in what kind of situation? Keys on top shelf is all I could think of.

Just ordered!
Hey no problem. When I first picked up my car at the dealership, I plugged my iphone in using the USB inside that compartment. I didn't really think about it at the time, and I only had my long cable and didn't wrap it. I just plugged it in and off I went. When I got home, I hit the screen button and the cable jammed. I'm careful now, so no issue since.
Ok, got it. Thought you were talking about something getting down in front of the Bin Buddy and causing it to jam the screen.
Same type of thing happened to me with my wallet, transponder, and iPhone in cubby. Went to open it and the screen went down part of the way and jammed on my phone. Too much acceleration pushing things up to the back of the screen. I've sense cured the issue by using a little aggressive breaking.
The Bin Buddy should help me get my sun glasses in there too.

OK---what other car is a CD player NOT avail on? Don't kid yourself and drink that weight reduction or obsolete technology kool-aid. The fact is that the deletion of a CD player availability allows a much less sophisticated audio/infotainment system to be used in a vehicle.
My 2016 GMC Canyon does not have a CD player. Not even an option. who uses CD's anymore?
