Yeah. Other than the intro of the GS....I would say this is the least amount of incremental improvemts year-over-year since the introduction of the C7.

What does this actually mean with the words free flow?:
"Satin Black aluminum wheels with Red Stripe are now available free flow"
For 2016 those Satin Black wheels were only available as part of the Jet Black Suede Design package. I guess they are now available also as a separate option...
Wonder what the updates are for the PDR and if one can update the 2016 version?
No idea what the PDR thing might be. But the infotainment mention gives me a small amount of hope (though probably fool's hope).
Most people think it's just a software update that includes the Android Auto update that's been out since March. However, the only place an updated 2.6 infotainment system shows up online is in mentions of Cadillac's new CUE (which is a better capacitive touch screen based system) the kind that shows up in the Camaro (though they call it MyLink there).
Body style is essentially the same as the 2014, 2015, 2016.
In order for the model to be new, GM has made some (IMO) minor changes from the 2016 model, as they did with 2016 vs the 2015 model year.
These changes would not, in any way influence me to sell my 2015 and order a 2017.
Until the C8 arrives in the future, Corvette C7 owners should expect minor changes as we see in the 2017 model year. There will always be color changes.
The most significant change will be body style changes when the C8 is announced in the years ahead.
I am more interested in the pricing of the 2017 model to complete a comparative analysis of the 2017 and the what I have on my 2015 MY.
I was waiting to see the 2017 changes but now I guess I buy a 2016
I like the all red spice interior and was hoping they would do that in 2017 with the other interior colors?I want an Arctic white/or Shark with adrenaline red.
If that isn't going to happen, then I will try and find a 2016 2lt,red calipers,8 speed, perf.exhaust, chrome wheels, battery protection package.Anyone know where one is? Ellis Chevy in Atlanta has one but they are very proud of it.First of the month and all.

Very close to the 2017 release though.
John Megel in Dahlonega has a used 2016 3lt vert (ZO6)with all the stuff you want.
Saw it when I stopped in yesterday
