Touch Screen Flutter

Has anyone had a problem with the touch screen fluttering? The problem is intermittent so my dealer says they can't do anything about it until it fails completely (which will probably happen the day the warranty expires).

Take a vid of it on your phone, all my dealer needed.....

What did your dealer do to fix the problem?

I had a similar intermittent infotainment issue and did exactly what Glen e suggests, showed the video to the dealer and they replaced the screen.

I've had the screen replaced once and now the problem is back again. Joy.

What is it with GM waiting for parts to fail and not being proactive in fixing it to have happy consumers? They said the same about my exhaust..

Same here: after the dealer tried "reprogramming" the DIC to no avail, showed my video to the service advisor, who then ordered and installed a replacement screen. So far, so good..
