Default C7 Screen problem with Navtool

Has anyone who installed the C7 Navtool had this problem?

I have had the Navtool installed for some time now with no problems until now. My screen flickers and totally goes out when I am using the radio, nav system and backup camera. It works when I use any of the three cameras with the Navtool system although it flickers a little. Tried turning the car off for a while but it did the same thing when I restarted. Once after driving it a while it came back on, but the next time I used the car it was out again.

Going to pull out the Navtool system and see if the screen then works. If not going to bring it to dealership under warranty. Just wondering if Navtool could be causing the problem.

Thanks,

Jerry

Did you check all the connections?

I did not think it had anything with Navtool. Removed Navtool unit and tucked away wires and brought it into dealership as it is under warranty. They said it was the screen and ordered one for me. Also was wondering if you removed the Navtool but left the wiring coming from the passenger side if it would not allow normal use. Found out it does cause any problems.
