Oracle LED Lighting
I ordered new LED side markers for my C7 Z06. Order was received in 2 days. Opened box and they mixed up my order with someone else. I contacted them to notify. They sent me a label to forward to the correct customer. My items were custom and were not available.
When I spoke with their customer service rep he got the team involved and they were able to paint the items and overnight ship for Saturday delivery! Everyone can make mistakes but how you respond to that is key.
I can't express how much I appreciate the effort they made to make a customer happy!

Not so long ago I became a dealer for Oracle. After reading about the problems everyone was having, I decided I wasn't selling them until after I was able to talk with someone there. I'm going to SEMA this year and I'll give you guys an update as to what kind of company they are and, should they not be at SEMA I would have to say stay away.

When I had a C6, I purchased a set of Oracles from a forum Vendor and they attempted to ghost them. I waited a while for them to get a batch of the same color. When I received them the color match was poor. They offered to repaint them but I was not confident they would not make them worse.
For my C7, I decided to order them custom painted direct from Oracle, ghosted. The painted them then next day and had them out the door and in my hands a couple of days later. And they matched the color perfectly. If I ever need another set, I'll go back directly to Oracle.
