Electronic glitch...Comments or thoughts

Happened twice in the past week. Both times, I used the built-in Infotainment Navigation and had my iPhone plugged in (CarPlay active) on the way to a band gig. I unloaded the trunk with the rear release button. For the return trip home, I did not plug in the phone for CarPlay. The Infotainment system started to get unresponsive and rebooted, which caused the other display (behind the steering wheel) to reboot, too. Did it a couple of times. Then it eventually started working normally. So there does seem to be some weird correlation with car play and the rear hatch triggering the glitch. Never seems to happen if I don't open the hatch or plug in the phone.
