So I'm driving on my daily commute on the interstate and everything is fine.. Next thing I know my RPM goes all the way up to redline on its own and then whenever I press on the gas nothing... When I put it in reverse.. Nothing. No movement at all. The car restarts just fine, no check engine, no nothing but it won't go!!! There's some fluid leaking from the rear but that's about it. What could this be?!
Jeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sorry to see that -- I agree with above tranny/rear-end took a dump. I hope Chevy road service warranty stepped up with some help. As someday above said -- keep us in the loop
Probably just a flexible line from the transmission to the radiator broke. They should not even have to drop the transmission to fix it.
You are absolutely right. The line going into the radiator broke loose and all the fluid spilled right out. Hopefully that caused no damage to anything but we shall see.
