Loving it!
After driving with rain spots on it last week, I did a wash, clay, polish, and wax yesterday. Since the car is a 2016 built in Nov 2015, I figured it was time to do a polish/wax. Wanted to do it the weekend I brought it home, but had to wait due to other demands. Since I'm waiting for an order from Adams, this was a full detail with maguiers products, since they are easy to get at local stores. The ultimate polish was a PITA to work with, but end result was good. I am looking forward to comparing to Adams.
For the 500-mile oil change, I brought it into the giant service center (Shelor sells many makes), and they did great. They immediately covered the seat with plastic, and informed me that they would be using Mobil 1. Took a little more than 30 minutes and it was ready to go. When I got home, I checked the level, and it was right between the holes on the dipstick.
Here are a few photos of my DSOM beauty,
By the way, I'm thinking of this for my custom plate. I'm an aerospace and ocean engineering professor whose expertise is in computational fluid dynamics and hydrodynamic turbulence.
