That's exactly what I was thinking. Everyone from this area is going to be headed to Atlanta, and traffic is going to be horrible. Thinking to just keep going and hit Bowling Green, but getting to and around Atlanta is going to be the hard part.

That's really good advice and exactly what I did during Hugo when I lived in Charleston. Parked in the parking deck behind the Mills house hotel second to top level up against the wall in the middle of the deck. Car was untouched! Fortunately I was the chef for the hotel at the time and had to stay at the hotel for 2 weeks taking care of guests.

Dealers have to pack their service with current customers cars first, they will not take in new work right before a storm. They have a duty to try and protect as many cars as they can, and usually run out of room and ask owners to pick up their cars before the storm.

looks like we may have a big storm coming to florida, Thinking about a safe place to put my 2016 base coupe. I live in a retirement mobile home park. With a carport. My wife said tell the dealer to check it out and make up a service. We have another c-7 in our park and a c-5. Thats it for corvettes.
