Not from the factory. You always need to get the Heritage Package (with hash marks) first, and then as additional option add the center stripe.
So you can go 2 ways, order it all from the factory and then remove the hash marks, or order the car without anything, and buy the center stripe decal through the parts department and let the dealer (or someone else) install. The latter would be the cheaper solution unless you want the interior GS stripe and special GS floormats too.
