I also just moved up from a 2016 Camaro 2SS into a 2016 Stingray with the exact same color combo as yours. So far i'm loving it, but the car sounds very tame compared to my Camaro. Quick question though .... the C7 has no deceleration pop/crackle like the Camaro exhaust?

I agree about that and wonder if an X pipe would get you closer to that sound. I know I'm gonna miss that tone for sure. The SS just sounded flat out crazy which made it so satisfying to drive. Great car for sure.

Sorry forgot to mention.. I dropped in the Corsa Double Helix pipe on Wednesday, for those that do not know, along with the OEM section of pipe is a 2nd set of smaller "Cat's" which add alot of restriction. THESE ARE NOT MONITORED SO NO CEL.... It is a drop in deal, just swap "pancake gaskets" off OEM pipe (engine side) ,put on end closest to mufflers on first.
You will get the "Backfire" similar to the SS but more old school. Borla has one and it is alot less hopefully someone will share their experience.....

I might buy the 16' Camaro SS or all new 17' ZL1. What made you pull the trigger back to the vette? Sad to know you had to ask your wife for permission. If I want something, I ask myself. Nice pics.
