I just picked up a 2014 and asked the same question before I did, long thread with feedback a couple of weeks ago. On my mobile so I don't have a link handy. Search my user name for threads started and you will find it.

The '14s are proving to be one of the least problematic of first model years, EVER.

Thanks I found it. Seems no reason not to buy a 2014.

Thanks seems most people are happy with their 2014. There will always be a few problems no matter what.So I guess if the price is right I will upgrade from my 2007 3LT.

Really???...good to know. The only issues that I had was a leaking shock (un-marked pothole replaced under warranty), leaking axle seal (replaced under warranty), lose connection for infotainment screen (fixed under warranty) and center armrest bubbling (replaced under warranty) other than that, I couldn't be happier and satisfied with my '14 2LT...good job GM.....(next time though, more bhp)

My 14 2LT has been driven HARD daily, and has been flawless. I wouldn't hesitate if it's got the right options for you!

airbag flash recall on a lot of '14's, otherwise that's about it (in my very limited journey down "Vette Avenue"......)

My 2014 2LT Vert will be 3 years old tomorrow. 17,500 miles. No problems other than some fitment issues early on that were easily resolved.

FWIW, my September 2013 built Z51 has been back to the dealer only twice. The first time in October 2013 when GM asked that I bring it in to have the dif fluid level checked. Watched as the newly trained and certified C7 Tech checked the level - it was fine! Second time was a month ago to have the seat belt software updated. I do my own maintanence.

About the only minor issue that some 2014/2015's have is to latch the hatch I need to have a door or both windows opened. I installed a Window Valet that allows opening and closing the windows with the key FOB. Also great in the summer before getting in a hot car. Mine closes and latches with one finger while standing behind my open drivers door. Just need to plan ahead. Helps exercise short term memory!

OP, BEFORE you buy it! Take the vin # to a GM dealer and have them run the service record to see what service has been performed (or not) and if there were any problems repaired under warranty. This way you can determine if you like this Vette's track record or not. Just as important as a Carfax.
That said, I bought a 2014 in January of this year and like the others, very happy with it. No problems to date.

The airbag reflash applied to all '14 through '16s.
