2016 Corvette windshield
hello everyone been gone for months had to have 4 bypass surgery 3 months ago. any way was looking at the very top of the windshield where there is black border and i can see glue all the way across the windshield anyone else see that on there cars?

Yes, I have made the same observation. Also, these windshields are a lot softer than the ones in the C-6's and after time, you will notice numerous small chips in the glass. I have 22K miles on my 2015.

Yes Sir, I posted about this a couple months back. Have checked various dealer cars at local dealerships, about 40% have this issue. I chose to leave it alone until I find a dealer that uses a high quality glass installer (not some nationally known, but helpless rookies) to persue this further. It's pathetic that a car of this caliber would have this type of a widespread issue. Many have stated that the dealer ordered several windshields until a "clean", problem-free one arrived. Then you have to pray that it's not your installer's first week on the job. It's sad really.
