Based on the pics I've seen so far, the Spice Red leather looks like a different shade of red depending if it's matched up with the (darker) Long Beach Red, or the (lighter) Arctic White.
To my eyes, the Spice Red looks like a lighter burnt red when matched with Long Beach Red and a darker burgundy red when matched with Arctic White.
