Default Clock

if you touch the time on the display you get a screen with an analog clock and the day/date...... is there anyway to make this the default screen when you turn on the car?

On my 2015, the clock is the default when the infotainment system is turned off. If you shut down with the system off it comes up that way when you start the car.

INDY....do you mean the time & temperature displayed at the top of the default screens? I am talking about a full analog CLOCK face along with the day, date and year....... if you press on the numeric temperature on any screen that it appears you get this display. I would like to make that my default screen..... I assume it isn't possible but I know many forum guys find ways to get these things done.

Turn the infotainment system completely off and you will get the analog clock screen.

You have to hold the power button down for a couple of seconds to completely turn off the infotainment system, and you'll have the analog clock. A short press just mutes the system.

when I push and hold the volume button I get the crossed flag logo AND the time & temperature in the top corners. When I press on the time display (no matter what screen it is on) I then get the day of the week, date and month on the left and a BIG round analog clock on the right....the time & temperature still appear in the top corners. Is this a 2017 thing?

My 2016 has time, temp and crossed flags showing when off. Does not do anything when pushing anywhere on the screen when off.

When on, I push temp and I get the AC temp and fan speed. When I push time, I get an analog clock and set options.

I get temp for the days of the week only when pressing the temp (with snowflakes) icon

must be. My 2015 shows the clock when off. No flags except briefly when entering the vehicle.
