I really had a busy week working on my 2015 Corvette Stingray!!! Between me, YouTube and paper instructions, I made it. Installed C7 Corvette Z06 front wheel Moldings(modified where needed) and a K&N Air Intake. Installing the air intake wasn't easy for me because some of the instructions were vague. No YouTube video of a C7 air intake installation. I was nervous and very cautious when asked to cut or replace original parts. All in all, I am satisfied! 👍 If my dad was living, he would have been proud. He was an auto mechanic. Happy New Year 🎉🎇🎆

Great work... It looks like you're currently running the reproduction Z06 wheel that fits the Stingray/Z51, any plans of putting the a true Z06 wheel (wider) up front?

Also, are you planning to do a wide body conversion to the rear? Please post photos of the process, if you do.

On edit: How do you like the new air intake? Can you feel a difference?

My honest opinion is yes. I wouldn't want others to wait their money if it doesn't work as stated. I would simply tell you I waisted my money. Also, I know what the dyno test said, but the true test to me is what I experience when I am driving. Better initial take off speed from red lights and awesome passing speeds. Even driving in Eco mode you hear the air rushing. Funny you mention wide body upgrades. Believe me I have been thinking about it. At this Time, my next Add-on's might depend on what GM does with future designs and upgrades to the corvette. Wouldn't want to invest too much in what I have now if I might be interested in trading later.

This weekend I added front Z06 style Mud Guards. Really complimented the front wheel molding.

Gary, easy if you have help to hold in place while installing. Purchase two 1/4 inch longer 7mm screw from the hardware store. You need them to replace the top screw on the front side of the wheels. The end piece where the molding and mud guard meet need altering. I took off the clip and cut a split so the clip at the top of the mud guard fit without obstruction.

you have the instructions on how to mod in order to fit it. I just order a set from corvette Mods. They say it’ll fit but have to do slightly mods to the flare since its made for the gs and z06

Considering the thread is 4.5 years old and the member hasn't signed in for over a year now, I think questions and praises will go unanswered
