If you have factory in dash navigation you should be able to send a destination to your unit from your smart phone. You need to talk to someone that understand what the features are. They are only trained to sell packages, not fix problems. Go to the link, read what is included and stand your ground with them. They are confusing the Turn by Turn Navigation from OnStar with the in dash navigation.
