The two cars MAY have different interiors, but you can't tell by the faux carbon fiber trim (or lack of it). The carbon fiber trim pieces are (about) a $1,000 option. Separately, the features available will be designated by 1LT (base trim), 2LT and 3LT. Have a look at the listings and/or ask the sellers which trim package the vehicles have. 2LT is the most popular and includes features like HUD, heated and cooled seats, and navigation (which is optional on 2LT).
It's not faux carbon fiber-it's carbon fiber and what looks like metal is metal, in the C7 interior. FYI
I debated the carbon fiber trim which added $900 to my 2015 C7 (under credit union pricing that was discontinued by GM)--but figured it's the part of the car I will always see. So I went ahead and ordered it.
OK so I'm leaning towards the White+Red one now. Dealer alluded towards it being an LT3 (said its a fully specc'd euro model), but I'll need to see the build sheet i guess?
. . . .
I've also been offered a pretty decent price for my C6 (£1k less than what I purchased it for 18 months ago).
I just need to convince myself that I want to take out finance on a C7 when I have a fully paid up C6.
First, the Artic white with black wheels is one of the most eye-catching C7s produced. While yellow and red are flashier, give-me-a-citation colors, the white/black exterior is just awesome and really compliments the lines of the car.
The standard dash is fine, that's what I have, and I have zero desire for the Carbon Fiber dash. The standard is a little plastic-y, but has a little flake in it and looks nice, and you really don't notice it at all looking out the windshield at the road coming at you at 110 fps.
That does look like a Euro-spec Corvette with the headlight washers, we don't have those on the US spec cars.
Im also in the UK and have a yellow C7 we bought new in April last year. I researched it and options we can get in Europe a lot before buying so if you want some UK related questions answered just PM me
I live in Kent so if your local ish you could always come down.

If you are driving a C6, the interior of the C7 will seem like a miracle by comparison.
With the C7 GM grew up and made an interior that is fully competitive with most other top end sports cars, even if they cut a corner here or there.
Everyone cuts a few corners these days - even Audi. The 3 LT is gorgeous but costly - GM lets you choose exactly the interior that you want and without having to sell your house.

I went from a C6 to a C7 and couldn't believe the difference between the two. C7 is the best car I"ve ever owned

You won't regret getting the Arctic white and it looks great with the 3lt interior in red.
