So I was speaking to someone who prob saw a C8 Prototype uncovered.

He says it looks like a McLaren

Not sure if he meant P1 but I sure hope so.

The Mid-Engine car is not the C8.

I'm probably in the minority, but I prefer the styling of the C7 over the McLaren P1, so I hope your source of info is wrong.

No the C8 road car

I haven't heard anything on a new Corvette DP

The mid engine car will have a more exotic look than C7 for sure but it will be a bit more conservative than that and will resemble the C7 quite a bit.

GM is not releasing any info on the next generation.
They never do, and likely never will.
Concepts are put forth, but they rarely look anything like the final version.

Although I wouldn't be surprised if you weren't in the minority on this forum, in the real world it wouldn't even be close.

P1 is an amazingly beautiful car.
