I was thinking awhile back a factory all electric Corvette would be amazing. The only drawback would be NO SOUND. For many that just use the car as a local summer driver like myself it would really have no disadvantage if it could get at least 250 miles between charges. I would buy it.

That a modified C6 Z06 with 100 more horses is 7 MPH faster than an absolutely stock C6 Z06 with 505 horsepower, or have the same top speed as stock C6 ZR1.
I can run 198 MPH in my C6 Z06 and still have a 450 mile range cruising along at 70 MPH, and will only require 15 minutes to recharge my batteries(and to fill my Z06's gas tank) and then drive another 450 miles before stopping for another tank of gas.
I can cruise along and never break the speed limit and get to my 900 mile destination long before that "flashlight" will reach his 900 mile destination point.
Did they say where the batteries are located? Did it lose any of it's cargo space to handle a two week road trip out west in the mountains?
