Has anyone on a new c7 had their exhaust tips coated black or can't it be done?

Yes it can be done. Search for it. Pladtidip, paint, etc.

Did mine in Plasit dip... love the look ...love the ease of application...however over a couple weeks the black does fade, probably due to the heat... will do them in carbon flash and see if that last longer....love the black look

Look up Dupli-color's Shadow black. I was looking to see if this coating is durable on exhaust tips but will need to ask Dupli-color direct.

Love the black tips. I know this was the expensive route, but the car needed an exhaust anyway.
