I personally never though these would be useful. It seems that anytime that my foot has ever glanced the panel is in the speaker grille area, which these don't protect for obvious reasons.

Kind of pointless. You buy them, install them and your next post is how do you remove foot/kick marks from these.

Maybe you can have them covered with ceramic coat to protect them. Then the protection will be covered with protection..........but wait, what will protect the ceramic coat?

Worthless. On top of still getting scuff marks, if you ever removed them to reveal the surface you were trying to protect, it will probably look worse than if you had left it uncovered.
