Backing up what US Icon has said. I've got the cargo liner and containment system in the back of a GS. Works great as long as you don't get too sporty after putting something back there you don't want to toss around too much. I'm glad I got it. Love Weathertech stuff, got it in all our vehicles.
Have WeatherTech cargo liner in my new C7. Had one in my C6. Rug was just like new after 7 years. Had trunk partition from SouthernCarParts in it also to keep stuff from moving to the rear. Just ordered another one for new car. If you put anything in rear other than clothes definitely consider a liner.
