Wheel size application

I have a 2015 Stingray 2LT coupe that came with chrome wheels (QX3) - 18" x 8.5" front and 19" x 10" rear wheels. Can these wheel sizes be replaced with 19" fronts and 20" rear wheels without any modifications to the car?

You can absolutely swap for the larger size. It's a very common upgrade.
No modifications required.
