No. The "0 to 60 timer" can be set to measure elapsed time from any speed to and speed but there is not a way to measure elapsed time for covering a specific distance.
I have used it a few times while using launch control, however, it's a little tricky, the slightest movement will start the timers, so I hit the Start recording after my brakes are locked up. One other thing is it does not account for roll out as done on a drag strip to times will not match what you would get under real timing lights on a prepared strip, however it is close if done right.

Find the PDR Camera in the center screen.
Select it.
First choose video overlay.
Select "Performance Timing".

Back out to the main screen and select Start Recording only after you are setup for launch.
