I find myself using Maguires Ultimate Quick Detailer about 2 - 3 times a week. Just wondering if I ever need to put wax on her? And yes, I suffer from CCS (Corvette Cleaning Syndrome). This is a DD.
I recommend Adams products. Please try their h20 guard and gloss (it is amazing) and waterless wash and you'll rarely pick up quick detailer again. They have lots of videos on how to use the products. I'm not an adams spokesperson but think their products are superior. To answer your question, no, you won't have to ever wax your corvette again (unless you want to, doesn't hurt anything!) with the h20 guard and gloss (it is a sealant that stacks on top of itself from repeated use)

I use it too on all my cars after every wash & drive.
Good stuff.
I have a bottle of the quick detailer but I'm not sure when it's safe or reasonable to use it. I don't drive my car in the rain so it never really gets filthy, just more dusty and basic road grime. I'm afraid to use the spray and micro fiber cloth because it may put micro scratches in the finish. I don't really buy into micro fiber clothes are the end all and that they somehow miraculously lift the dirt but won't scratch the finish. She just turned a year old this week and the finish is like new. I would hate to start using the detailer spray regularly and find out down the road that I was slowly hurting the finish. So my question is when is reasonable to use and when is it not?

A little bit of dust you can use a California Duster and then follow with detail spray with a micro fiber towel. However if you are that concerned with using anything you should just get the car wrapped in Xpel, etc.
Quite frankly, Meguiars, Adams, Pinnacle, Wizards, and Duragloss all do a great job. They are all about equally easy to use with equally nice results. I've used them all and can't tell any difference.
I do agree that a through paint correction and good sealant is the foundation you should start with.

Also use Meguires Ultimate quick wax detailer then you have the best of both worlds.

BY far the best I've ever found. The car just glows with a wipe down.
I pretty much tried them all. My go to product is now Lucas Slick Mist. On Amazon the Lucas is roughly 1/4th the cost and reviews are similar to the Pinnacle.

Except, being old school, wipe preference is w/a cotton t-shirt, been doing this for decades. The finish on my '16 is slicker than wet ice!
