I recently put headers on my 2015 C7and kept the stock NPP mufflers. Overall satisfied with the out come, sound, etc.
Two things, the first start up of the day is very loooooud , I don't mind but the neighbors are starting to make comments. Why is this?
Another thing. even though the car is louder it still has a muffled sound, even when you get on it.
I've changed mufflers on other Corvettes and the sound usually got richer and not so muffled. Short of spending $3000 on new NPP Borla mufflers, how can I get that smooth rich sound?
If I put a regular Borla or B&B muffler, not NPP, will the rest of the ride adjustments still change, Touring, Sport, etc?
