Dash lights

My 2015 Zo6 dash lights went out twice yesterday. The HUD still worked but dash was dark. Anyone have that happen? Dread having the dealer rip my dash apart.

I've read about that happening on here before. The incidents I read about seemed to be one off happenings though and didn't ever reproduce themselves. I can't remember anyone saying it went out twice. I'm not sure what the dealer can do if they can't replicate it. I guess they'll at least have it in their system and maybe there is a tsb on it or something. Good luck!

I had this happen to me, dealer said the software updates for the 2016 dash/DIC issues addressed it, hasn't happened again since, but I'm not completely sold that was the real fix.

Would be nice if its just a software up date. Can you imagine the dealer ripping up the inside.

Mine went out the first time for about 6 seconds the other day. 2015 Z51 3LT. Have had the car for a year (bought used).
