With my 2017 Z06 I ordered it on 29 March and picked it up at the NCM on 16 May. I might could have collected it a week or so before from the museum. Museum deliveries are fairly quick.
It depends on how many are ordered in front of you, if you ordered something that they don't have in stock, how the production planning is going for your color, how far away from Bowling Green you dealer is.....
Since your event code is 3000 none of the above matters. Once you get to that point you're no longer affected by constraints. Also, how close or far your selling dealer is from the NCM is completely irrelevant since with NCM delivery your dealer will never see the car.
TPWs are generally assigned shortly after event codes hit 3000. Once you know your TPW (which will always be a Monday) the NCM will contact you to schedule delivery, typically two to three weeks after the car is built.
