The two cars that have the deflector that I'm currently traveling with on vacation are:

2014
Convertible
Auto
Z51 pkg

2015
Coupe
Auto
Z51

However, I'm currently riding with a friend in his Z51 coupe and it doesn't have the deflector. So there isn't a consistent pattern.

Makes sense since they see higher number of temperature related failures. Definitely an after thought. Definitely want to try 1 on my M7!

Mine does.

It looks just like Grand Slams pic.

It was one of the first things I noticed when I got the car, and no one could tell me what it was. (spring of '14). But I assumed it was a Z51 diffuser/air catcher.

This diffuser is a small rectangular bit, smack dab in the center of the undercarriage.

Whether this is still a part of the car in subsequent MYs is up for debate.
