Default 2014 C7 - Dealer Programmed New Keyfob

Now, my trunk won't open (by neither the interior trunk release button nor either keyfob. The convertible roof won't lower. DIC displays a "reset driver's window message". Going back to dealer next weekend unless I can fix it first... Dealer says "known issue". I think it is interesting that the problem didn't appear until I took the car to the dealer. Is there a "you can fix this at home" answer?

First, look in the owners manual and re-index the windows.
Then, see if top will lower.

Just followed the manual and, for some reason, the re-indexing procedure isn't working. I also receive the "top not secure" message. Additional thoughts?

Texhawk, thank you. I found a variant of the re-indexing procedure (close window, hold button up for 3 seconds, release, hold 3 seconds again) and it worked. Tapped on the convertible top to "seat" sensors (in case those weren't working right). Now, everything works! Thanks again...

Great! Sometimes I think that there are so many interlock, it's a miracle that anything works.
