went from 2016 3lt z51 to 2016 zl2 z06
Only had 1800 miles on the stingray 2016 but found a z06 2016 zl2 2016 with only 2600 miles on it and extended warranty. Love the color but not a big fan of chrome wheels. Any idea what cost would be to paint chrome black? Dealer 1st said $75 per wheel but then after checking with service said the chrome has to be sanded before painting black. did not give me a price

Why not trade them with someone for black.

That plastikote stuff seems to work well for the kids. My son's friend did his truck wheels, and I can't speak to how durable it is or isn't, but it covered quite well.
I personally think dark blue is one of the colors where chrome looks best - not a fan of black on blue, but of course each person has their preference and it's your car... I just think it looks great as is!
Heck, add some silver stripes and it'd be perfect for me :-)

That's a good idea the dark or navy blue with the color car above nice!
I never had chrome only aluminum rims...But my buying quest has shown me they look good on this car in person.

yea I'm thinking I may get used to it. Had chrome wheels on by black C6
Just that it really pops compared to the black/steel wheels on my stingray
that I traded in. Power/Torque is amazing

Probably less hassle to swap wheels with somebody who wants chrome.
Or go get some aftermarket wheels - lots of options there, and your car won't look like everybody else's.
