Hello all,

I installed a katech ported TB and the car immediately had surging issues. Reinstalled stock and it went away. I had a ported katech tb on it before the motor let go and there weren't any issues.

Ideas? Defective unit possibly?

To be clear this isn't the same TB as before. That one went bye bye with the blown motor

Someone else installed a Tony Mamo TB recently and had the exact same issue. Tony sent him a replacement TB and it worked fine. I would say get another one sent to you. Look on the last couple of pages.
