Anyone else? Stereo problem
I've got a problem with my Stereo and the dealer is having some trouble figuring it out. Was curious if others have a similar problem.
When listening to music (Bluetooth iphone, usb iphone, carplay, or Sirius) stereo will cut out randomly and not come back for anywhere from a minute to never. Turning car off and on does not fix problem.
Volumn control disappears. Sometimes infotainment screen freezes, sometimes not.
Here is a video of volume not working.
A few bits of info.
Car is a 2017 Z51 with 15,000 miles on it. Latest software according to the dealer.
Iphone has 10.3.2 IOS.
Stereo occasionally "pops"
Heard the following possibilities from others
-Harness
-Stereo could be damage from up/down use
-needs software relfashed to it.
Dealer tried to clear some trouble codes and after that couldn't replicate it. Thought it was resolved though after a 45 minute drive home started to act up again. I've got a second appointment to look at it tomorrow.

Same exact problem, with a 2016 with 10k miles.
Next time it happens I'll bring it in to dealer. Interested in anyone else who has experienced this same problem and it's fix, thanks for posting!
