Maybe. The only time I've observed lights flashing quickly is when a bulb was out. Perhaps not all lights were being activated?

I dunno.... the 3 flashes seem about perfect for me when changing lanes.

Yep, works great for me, and the spring-loaded stalk giving you 3 flashes has pretty much become the industry standard. You're just signaling your intent, no need to complete the maneuver with signals flashing.

Worked on both as advertised on my C6 and C7.

On the Corvette, the detent on the stalk isn't as clearly defined as some other cars I've driven and I have on occasion triggered the permanent flash instead of the three flashes I intended. On the BMWs I've owned before, the detent was much more distinctive and easily distinguished between the two types of flashes.

It works just fine . . . you have to adapt to every different vehicle you drive. I never miss because I'm familiar w/ the feel. My Jeep is worse with a weaker detent. Yeah, I've had other cars w/ a more defined detent, but it's no big deal.

Like the OP, my 2017 doesn't work. I've had several C5/C6 and used this feature extensively on cross country trips. I know about the feel but I just finish another 3000 mile trip in the C7 and tried every combination of pressure and duration without success. I found that if you initiate a complete turn signal (passed the detent), then the lane change feature would operate correctly for maybe the next 1 or 2 times and then go back to not working at all. I will try the battery discount/reset tomorrow.

My C5 does that also. Only problem is, the lights on the outside don't ever illuminate, as if the bulbs were blown. Hence the rapid flasher.

IOW, you see the indicators flash quickly, but nothing happens outside.

Have a good one,
Mike
