I usually flash my headlamps and notice the other drivers usually wave back at me.

My experience is that the C7 owners in my area do not return or initiate a wave, the other generations almost always do

Always Wave, as long as I know they are in position to clearly see me too. Even though I will only receive about 50% come back waves, I'll continue 'cause I want to. I must say though, there is no stronger wave tradition than when on a Harley.

Same here. I tried once to wave and got nothing. Then I started to just look for the wave so I could wave back, still nothing. Now I don't even bother to look or wave.

I always wave. Even when riding my Harley, I wave at other Harley Riders and get a return wave about 95% of the time. I will say that when riding my Harley and I wave at other Corvett's driving by they do wave.
