I use these. Large and sturdy. Fit pucks perfect.

That photo scares the crap out of me. I used something which looked like those from Southern Car Parts on my C6 w/o issue. A new set was the first thing I purchased for my new C7.

Guess I better remove them and put a set of billet pucks in the storage compartment. Now for a question will the billet pucks for my C6 fit the C7?

update: I see that the photo did not come with the reply. See Crossed Flags Fan post from 9/7

Like I said that photo of the broken jack pad scared the crap out of me. I used these jack stands on my C6 http://www.jackpointjackstands.com/ for some time without any issues and plan on using them on the C7 as well. If you look at them you will see that dished tops for the Corvette the entire jack pad would be engaged which would not put a shear on the plastic like the photo appears to have happened. However, when I had tires put on the C6 I did notice that the contact point was much smaller which would have put shear on the plastic.

I just went out in the garage and removed the plastic leave in place pads and put them in the junk bin. I took my aluminum billet jack pads from the C6 and they seem to fit just fine. Has anyone used jack pads from the C6 on a C7?
