Steering Wheel compatabilty help needed...

I have a 2015 Z51 M7 with a round steering wheel which I want to replace with a flat bottom steering wheel. I found a 2016 flat bottom steering wheel for sale but do not know if it is compatible. Has anyone switched out a Manual C7 steering wheel with an automatic steering wheel?

I have. No issues with compatibility. You'll just need to swap the + and - paddles with your rev match paddles

Thanks as I was worried there would be some difference in the electronics if I swapped the paddles.

Any idea on cost?
Our 2017 2LT A8 has the optional suede seats (excellent), suede sun visors (who cares?) and flat-bottom (ugh) suede steering wheel that feels like I'm fondling a small rodent. Considering trying to get the round leather version but suspect it would be expensive.

I went from flat bottom leather to flat bottom alcantara..

if you're making the switch go alcantara... cost me about 300 for new through buddy shop gets GM oem cheap. Awesome. And shift handle
