Unfortunately by now the better question might be what Corvette dealership hasn't had experience with rectifying this issue.
I would go with the dealer that has the best overall reputation for Corvette service.

I'm in Clarksville, James Corlew Chevrolet replaced mine about 3 weeks ago. Great dealership, always have taken care of me ask for Tyler Birl he's my Service Advisor advisor.

Very important to find a dealer who has replaced torque converters. Call them, they will tell you if they have replaced TC's. Practice makes perfect!!!!!! According to the Forum pole, a lot of 2015's have had their TC's replaced.

Torque Converter Replaced by Serra Chevrolet - Madison
My 2015 has 21,000 miles. Serra Chevrolet replaced the torque converter, Friday 9/29. I picked the car up today and drove it about 30 miles. It was perfect. 
They only kept the car 2 days. I was very pleasantly surprised. My service rep is Debbie Dietsch. Good Luck. I am so glad this is finally fixed.
